Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite is the classic SLN Trade Copier — it only copies trades between accounts on the same PC. Pro adds SlnBus and the mobile app for iOS and Android, so you can monitor and control your copier from your phone. If you trade prop firm accounts and want to manage them away from the screen, Pro is the practical minimum.
What's in Advanced that's not in Pro?
Advanced adds the full automation stack: full automation modules, strategy monitoring, account protection controls, advanced account-level controls, remote manual control features, and priority support. It's the top edition, built for active multi-account operators who run several APEX/prop firm accounts in parallel and need professional-level execution management.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the higher tier. Your machine license re-binds automatically on the new Vendor ID.
Does the mobile app work with prop firm accounts (APEX)?
Yes. The mobile app communicates with your local NinjaTrader through SlnBus, so it works with any account NinjaTrader is connected to — including APEX, TopStep, MyFunded and others.
How many follower accounts can I have?
There's no hard limit. Add as many follower accounts as your NinjaTrader setup supports. Most traders run 5–15 follower accounts in production.
How does licensing work?
Each subscription includes a 1-PC license (1 machine ID). The Vendor License is embedded in the DLL and validates against NinjaTrader's vendor system. You can move the license to a new PC by contacting support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Stripe and PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled from your account dashboard at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
