1) Terms & Conditions

1.1 Products & digital delivery

We sell digital products and digital access, including (but not limited to) NinjaTrader indicators, add-ons, tools, and subscriptions (“Products”). Delivery is electronic (download link, account access, or email delivery). You are responsible for ensuring you can receive emails and access downloads.

1.2 Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

1.3 Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes where required.

1.4 License & permitted use

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product.

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the Product (files, code, keys, downloads).
• You may not share accounts or grant access to others.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify to bypass licensing, or attempt to defeat activation/security.
• You may not misrepresent our work as your own or use our brand/assets to mislead.

If a product includes licensing/activation, access may be limited per product rules (for example, device limits).

1.5 Support

Support is provided via support@slnquantum.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed.

1.6 No financial advice / risk disclaimer

All content and tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves significant risk and may result in losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

1.7 Service changes / availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue Products, features, or the Site at any time. For subscriptions, changes apply according to the subscription terms and applicable law.

1.8 Termination / suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, including suspected fraud, license sharing, abuse, chargebacks, or disputes. Suspension may occur immediately to protect our services and rights.

1.9 Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1.10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and (b) our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

1.11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.

2) Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SLNQuantum collects and uses personal data.

2.1 Data we collect

• Account data: email, name (if provided), login and account metadata.
• Purchase data: products purchased, payment status, transaction/order identifiers (payment details are handled by the payment provider).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, basic logs for security and debugging.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to support.

2.2 How we use your data

• Create/manage accounts and deliver Products.
• Provide downloads/access and customer support.
• Process payments and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site and Products.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, security).

2.3 Legal bases (UK/EU where applicable)

• Contract performance (delivering what you purchased).
• Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).
• Consent (where required, e.g., optional cookies/marketing).
• Legal obligations (compliance, accounting).

2.4 Sharing your data

We may share data with payment providers (e.g., PayPal) for payment processing, hosting/IT providers for operating the service, analytics/security services (if used), and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

3) Refund Policy

Because we sell digital products and digital access, refunds are handled under the rules below, subject to applicable consumer laws.

3.1 Digital products / instant access

Once a digital product is delivered (download link provided, file accessed, or account access granted), refunds are generally not available.

3.2 Subscriptions

For subscription products: you may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Charges already processed for the current billing period are not refundable, unless required by law or explicitly agreed by us in writing.

3.3 Exceptions (when we may refund)

• You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge).
• You cannot access the product due to a verified technical fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
• Applicable law requires a refund.

3.4 How to request a refund

Email support@slnquantum.com with: the email used for purchase, transaction/order ID, product name, and a brief explanation + screenshots/logs (if technical).

3.5 Chargebacks / disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while it is investigated. If a chargeback is granted, access may be revoked.
